The Seoul Metropolitan Government aims to make the city more attractive and vibrant by developing fun design installations that bring new discoveries, humor, communication, and sensory enjoyment into citizens' daily lives. Construction sites across the city often create negative impressions due to noise, which can cause discomfort and anxiety. However, in collaboration with MECA, Seoul has transformed construction site fences into beautiful works of art, enhancing visual satisfaction and promoting a positive emotional experience for the public. Working with three artists, the city has installed artworks depicting scenes from everyday life in Seoul on fences at Aeogae Station and Namsan Yejang Park. These pieces, which are both dreamy and warm, bring a sense of vitality to citizens' daily experiences.
